New Fuel Facility at Philadelphia International Airport
The project was for the construction of a new fuel facilities at the Philadelphia International Airport for the PHL Fuel Facilities, LLC (PFFL). Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc.’s scope of the new work included: Medium voltage utility service, medium voltage utility switch/fuses, service metering equipment, utility pad mount transformer, 1250kw diesel engine generator, 16’ x 61’ Power Distribution Center (PDC) to house transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), distribution panelboards; fuel management equipment. Installation & connection of control panels (Fuel System Control Panels, Truck Rack Control Cabinet, Emergency Fuel Shutoff Panels, and workstations, etc.). Installation & connection of field instrumentation and control equipment including emergency fuel shutoff stations, control pushbuttons, switches, load computers, overfill protection devices, ground verification devices, transmitters, etc. Site grounding and lightning protection systems. Site electrical racks, junction boxes, outlet boxes, and supports required for electrical systems. Site conduit, duct bank, manholes and cable tray inclusive of required seal-offs, fittings, supports, fasteners, and concrete. Site lighting. Conduit, wiring, lighting, receptacles, fire alarm, etc. for operations building, foam building, and sample shack. Site 7 building security surveillance & access control systems.

Philadelphia International Airport Phase III Restroom Renovations
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. completed the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) phase three of the airport’s Restroom Renovation Program. This phase of the multi-year, multi-million dollar program focused on the restrooms at Gates F-31 and F-25, Terminals D and E ticketing and Terminal D baggage claim. This Project consisted of the Electrical Construction work for the Terminal D, E and F Restroom Renovations. It included demolishing and reconstructing the Terminal D Baggage Claim Restrooms, Terminal D Connector Restrooms; the Terminal E Connector Restrooms and the Terminal F Concourse 3 Restrooms. The scope of these renovations included the complete removal and replacement of all lighting fixtures and power, and installation of new fire alarm systems.

Citizen Bank Park Spots Lighting Fixture Replacement
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. was contracted by Musco Sport Lighting to replace all the existing field lighting with Musco LED Light Fixtures at the Philadelphia Phillies Citizens Bank Stadium, Philadelphia, PA. The work included replacing all of the light fixtures on each during the short baseball off season. To reach the top of the towers, Eagle I Electric utilized a 500 ton crane in several different locations around the stadium. The lighting controls allow for instantaneous color changes, as well as animations and different entertainment features for everyone everyone in the crowd.

Independence Charter School Addition
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. provided the electrical construction for new gym, cafeteria, rooftop playground, classrooms, lobby and elevator for Philadelphia’s Independence Charter School. All power, lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm, and systems were furnished including a new main disconnect for 400amp feeder, panels sub-panels, transformers, feeders and conduits.

Philadelphia International Airport Terminal D/E Vestibules Upgrade
Philadelphia International Airport’s (PHL) Terminals D and E curtain wall and vestibule upgrade will noticeably transform the exteriors and entrances along Departures Road. In addition to making the terminal entryways more attractive, the upgrade will improve energy efficiency and fire protection. Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. electrical construction of the project included furnishing and installing new power, lighting, and fire alarm for new vestibule doors for Terminal E and Terminal D. This project includes the installation of new automatic sliding doors, a composite stone panel façade, a state-of-the-art curtain wall system, lighting, air curtain systems, and safety equipment.

Southwest Water Treatment Plant Switchgear Replacement
Eagle Industrial Electric, Icn. replaced and renovated the electrical equipment in the effluent pumping station, including all appurtenances at southwest water pollution control plant. Replacement of 480 volt switchgear, four motor control centers, four capacitors and switchgear including the replacement of 8 voltage circuit breakers.

Anne Frank Elementary School Addition & Renovation
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. renovated the existing three story elementary school with partial basement, consisting of: new LED light fixtures, lighting control system, receptacles, power to new HVAC equipment, card access, CCTV, paging system and new 4000 amp electrical service with new switchboard and panel boards. Eagle I. provided new fire alarm panel, speaker strobes, strobes, duct detectors for the three story building, addition and the single story, Little School House.

Philadelphia International Airport Concourse E Charging Stations
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. furnished and installed power for two powerservers and twelve power stations at Terminal E at the Philadelphia International Airport.

Police District 15 Renovation

Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. completed a full scale building renovation, including a new service, new generator, new UPS, power, fire alarm, telecommunications and security for the City of Philadelphia Police District 15 station.

Phillies CBP TV Replacement
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. installed 325 new TVs across the entire stadium, added 16 displays and mounts in the Visiting Club House and 32 displays in the Diamond Club section. Included installation and termination of all new cat6 cables, HDMI, and weatherproof boxes.

Marianna Bracetti Academy Charter School
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. provided new electrical service, new power, lighting, security, tele/data, and fire alarm for a new two story gym and dining hall.

Oyster Bar
Eagle Industrial Electric, Inc. provided electrical construction fit out for a new Oyster bar in Downtown Philadephia, Pa. New lighting, power, fire alarm, security, switches and receptacles were installed. Eagle I provided power for the HVAC, mechanical and all kitchen equipment.
