Assistant Project Manager
Position Description  

This position offers candidates the opportunity to become an integral part of our project management team while gaining hands-on experience supporting commercial and industrial electrical projects from award through completion. This position would work directly with current experienced project managers to help support their projects. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and assists with project documentation, scheduling, procurement, cost tracking, field coordination, and client communication. Job duties and responsibilities include:

Support commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the Philadelphia region. This position works closely with project managers, field supervisors, vendors, and clients to help coordinate project documentation, materials, schedules, and day-to-day operations.

Desired Skills and Experience   
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Experience preparing submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field experirence preferred
    • One to three years of construction or project coordination experience preferred
    • Electrical construction experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, material procurement, and subcontractor management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar construction management software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Five or more years of electrical construction project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred

  • Familiarity with Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
  • 10+ years Electrical estimating or construction experience
Position Description  

This position offers candidates the opportunity to work as a part of the our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated “team player” who is willing to pitch in with any tasks asked. Job duties and responsibilities include:   

Seeking a dependable Warehouse and Truck Driver(s) to support our project teams by organizing materials, maintaining warehouse inventory, and making timely deliveries to job sites throughout the Philadelphia region.

Desired Skills and Experience   
  • Experience operating delivery trucks and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and secure materials
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Forklift certification required
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
